01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kkkk.ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kkkkph.bio and associated subdomains.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kkkk.ph platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, bingo rooms, sports betting interface, virtual sports, Ocean King jackpot games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use kkkk.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you voluntarily through the kkkk.ph platform, or by a regulatory authority.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of kkkk.ph or any of its affiliated entities, game software providers, or payment processors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

kkkk.ph reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balances.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on kkkk.ph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on kkkk.ph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended without notice, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

You agree to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and any other documentation reasonably requested by kkkk.ph to complete identity verification. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits to your kkkk.ph account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, QR Ph, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is ₱100.00. kkkk.ph does not accept deposits from third-party sources or payment methods not registered in your name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending review. kkkk.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.

All transactions on kkkk.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. kkkk.ph is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

kkkk.ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering directives. The Company is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an account review and temporary hold on funds pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kkkk.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• kkkk.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating play with other accounts, or using restricted payment methods to claim bonuses — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

06 Gameplay & Prohibited Conduct

By playing on kkkk.ph, you agree to engage with all games in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist gameplay, place bets, or manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Colluding with other players or casino staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any such exploit must be reported to kkkk.ph support immediately. Winnings derived from known exploits may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Interfering with the technical infrastructure of the kkkk.ph platform or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
• Playing on behalf of another person, acting as an undisclosed agent, or accepting funds from third parties to place wagers.

kkkk.ph employs automated fraud detection and risk management systems. Any account found in violation of these provisions is subject to immediate suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. The Company further reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.

07 Responsible Gaming

kkkk.ph is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration with optional alerts and automatic logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkkk.ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from kkkk.ph.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkkk.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, system failures, payment processing delays, or interruption of service due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure events).

kkkk.ph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

kkkk.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with kkkk.ph, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer communications.

11 Termination of Accounts

You may close your kkkk.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal game rules, and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

kkkk.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where the Company determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account would breach regulatory obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud, outstanding balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact kkkk.ph customer support to seek informal resolution of any complaint or dispute. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt. For unresolved disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

13 Amendments to Terms

kkkk.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations — the Company will notify registered players by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the kkkk.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
